CCD-Cameras - SmartSort C is equipped with a new 5400 pixel camera with high resolution big diameter lenses designed to receive high-definition images. Detection of small defects up to 0.05 mm.
Ejectors - Reliable and high-efficiency sonic speed ejectors ensure over four billions operations. 4.5 mm air nozzles provide exact elimination of the bad elements and increase concentration of the rejected product at a low air flow rate.
IP65 rating - Our machine boasts an impressive IP65 rating, ensuring optimal protection against dust, guaranteeing reliability even in challenging environments.
Ultrapowerful lightning with intelligence control - CSort created the product analyzing system with powerful lighting. It allows to detect the smallest surface and inside defects of products. Intelligence system for lighting adjustments automatically controls the parameters. Ultrapowerful lightning with liquid cooling (Optional) for sorting low-contrasting products is available.
Chutes with adjustable dampers - Our color sorters are equipped with universal double-sided chutes. The side with narrow grooves is intended for sorting of small-seeded products – each removed grain will be directed exactly to the stream center of the corresponding nozzle, excluding the risk to stay in the good product flow. In case of sorting of fine products, the even side of the chute with maximum performance is used.
Efficient operation - New software collects statistics on productivity, downtime, production load and equipment operating modes. This information facilitates decision-making on sorting program management.
Autotuning - Intelligent system creates the sorting program according to the proposed samples of accepted and rejected products that simplifies and speeds up the adjustment of the color sorter.
CSort Cloud - CSort Cloud is a global online platform integrating system for color sorter monitoring by the CSort experts. The system controls the productivity of the production line, raw material quality, equipment downtime, and in-time software update. It allows to provide remote equipment maintenance anywhere.
Extended recognition capabilities - Simultaneous 4 sides shooting with RGB and IR cameras (Optional) ensures analyzing and sorting products by color, shape, texture, and inner properties. For instance, soring nuts from shells, removing rancid sunflower kernels or separation of mineral admixtures from grains.
Integration - Integration of technological process automation. After connection with the dispatcher remote control, the machine is able to work without operator. Horizontal Belt Type Color Sorter & Integrated sorting solutions

Features of Horizont

An important feature of Horizont belt (horizontal) optical sorters is that the sorting product is analyzed from all sides - three cameras analyze the product from above the conveyor belt, and it allows to see almost 100% of defects, and one camera analyzes the product at the end of the conveyor belt before output. The product enters the cameras field of view in a thin layer on the belt, which increases the accuracy of analysis and removal of impurities.
Due to lower speeds than on chute machines, the product is less injured - this expands the range of applicability of optical sorting.
Horizont model is equipped with high-resolution 5400 pixels cameras working in visible and infrared range. The image received from cameras is analyzed by an intelligent system capable of distinguishing objects not only color, but also by complex features - textures and shapes, sorting by 3D shape. The smart setting system is able to adjust itself, when the parameters of incoming raw material change. The operator intervention into adjustment is minimal.
The design of the machine is unique. These unique design features allow to adapt the units of the machine for use with abrasive products, wet and dry products, dusty products, and products that require careful handling.
